He is a serial entrepreneur with businesses in the areas of Medical and Diagnostics Equipment, Real Estate & Construction, Industrial Support Services, Food and Agro - processing, as well as Trade and Manufacturing. He is a Biomedical Engineer by profession with a keen eye for business opportunities in diverse fields. His strongest attribute is his shrewd ability to form the best teams to develop new businesses and turn them into profit making ventures.

Jason Osei Tutu Amofa

LNG PROJECT COORDINATOR Jason is the Business Development Manager for the HANISA Group. He studied as a Biochemist at the KNUST and later practiced as an Environment and Development Researcher for over a decade. He also studied Business Administration and formally trained as Project Management Professional. Prior to HANISA, Jason worked with and consulted for both local and international firms including; Eleqtra (Infraco), Canal Oil & Gas, Liberia Electricity Corporation, Optimal Development Consult, Endeavor Mining, Golden Star Bogoso/Prestea Ltd, Vimetco Bauxite Ltd, Xtra Gold, among others.

Julian Adiase

TECHNICAL PARTNER Julian is a KNUST graduate with over 15 years of experience as an Electrical and Network Engineer. He has extensive experience in the Energy and Telecoms sector. He is the founder of URC Systems. He is a skilled in Project Management, Business Development and Contract Management.  He currently works as a consultant at Development Equity Associates - responsible for the Africa Region.

Carl E. Widell

TECHNICAL PARTNER Carl Widell is a Principal at Development Equity Associates and a Director of Network Technologies, Inc. He is also an investor in WiFi Rail Inc. and Founder of Geothermal Energy Ltd, Traverse Technologies Inc., and Widell Software Company. He has over30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and Accounts/Insurance Expert. His professional experience was honed by working mainly with engineering firms including heading a department in an earthquake engineering company. As a strong believer in community involvement, Mr. Widell currently serves on the Talbot County School Board, as Vice President of the Mental Health Association of Talbot County, as a vestryman of Christ Church, St. Michael Anglican Parish, as Secretary to the Democratic Forum and as Secretary and Treasurer of the Democratic Central Committee of Talbot County.

Jim R McCaul

TECHNICAL PARTNER Jim is the Founder and Managing Director of International Maritime Associates, consultants in the maritime, offshore oil and gas sector. Mr. McCaul has a PhD in economics from the University of Maryland, a MSc. in Business Administration from Pennsylvania State University and a BSc. in Marine Science from the State University of New York Maritime College. Jim is a global authority in the LNG business and is poised to ensure the technical feasibility of the business in Ghana.

Sudhee Sen Gupta

TECHNICAL PARTNER Sen Holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School with almost two decades of work experience with the World Bank. He has expertise in Private Sector Development, Public/Private Partnerships, Emerging Markets, Strategic Planning and Project Financing. Sen is central to putting together the entire transaction value chain of the LNG project in Ghana; due to his vast experience in putting together International Projects, coupled with his engineering background. He is currently the General Director of Development Equity Associates (DEA)
